Nothing Hidden. Nothing Assumed.
Unity Capital Group is built on trust — and trust requires transparency. This page explains exactly how UCG operates, how money moves, how decisions are made, and what protections exist for every member.
Why Transparency Is Non-Negotiable
Financial organizations fail their members in two ways: through dishonesty, and through opacity. UCG is committed to eliminating both. Every member deserves to know exactly how the organization works, where their money goes, how decisions are made, and what recourse they have if something goes wrong.
This page is not a legal disclaimer. It is a plain-language explanation of how UCG operates — written for members and prospective members who want to understand the organization before they join.
Full Transparency
Every process documented. Every decision member-governed. Every member informed.
How Money Moves in a Unity Circle
UCG does not hold member funds in a central account. Money moves directly between members within each circle, coordinated and confirmed through the UCG process. Here is exactly how it works.
Contribution Collection
Each month, all 10 circle members contribute the agreed amount. Contributions are made through the agreed payment method established at circle formation. Every contribution is confirmed and recorded.
Confirmation & Verification
Once all contributions are received and confirmed, the membership committee verifies the full amount before the payout is released. No payout is made until all contributions are confirmed.
Payout to Scheduled Member
The full lump sum is transferred to the member scheduled for that month. The transfer is confirmed and recorded. All circle members are notified of the successful payout.
Record Keeping
Every contribution and payout is documented. Records are maintained for the duration of the circle and are accessible to relevant members upon request.
How UCG Is Governed
UCG is a private membership organization governed by its members. There is no outside investor, no silent owner, and no hidden authority. The following structures define how the organization is run.
Membership Committee
The membership committee oversees day-to-day operations: processing applications, managing circle formation, resolving disputes, and enforcing membership standards. Committee members are accountable to the full membership.
Member Voting
Key decisions — including contribution amounts, payout order, and organizational policy changes — are made by member vote. No decision that affects members is made unilaterally by the committee.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes between members, or between a member and the committee, are handled through a defined process: direct communication first, committee mediation second, and full membership review if unresolved.
Policy Changes
Changes to UCG membership standards, circle rules, or organizational policy require member notification and a defined review period. Members are informed before changes take effect.
What UCG Is — and Is Not
Understanding UCG's legal structure is important for every member. The following is a plain-language explanation of what UCG is, what it is not, and what that means for members.
What Members Should Know
UCG believes every member should join with full awareness of the risks and limitations of the Unity Circle model. The following is a plain-language summary.
Default Risk
If a member fails to contribute, the circle is disrupted. UCG has accountability structures in place, but cannot guarantee that every member will meet every obligation. Members who receive their payout early in the rotation carry the most exposure.
No Government Insurance
Member contributions are not insured by the FDIC or any government agency. UCG is not a bank. Members participate with full awareness that contributions are not federally protected.
No Guaranteed Returns
Unity Circles are structured savings vehicles. Members receive back exactly what the circle contributes — there is no interest, no investment return, and no guaranteed profit.
Membership Is Selective
UCG membership is by referral and verification only. Not every applicant will be accepted. Acceptance is at the discretion of the membership committee.
Ask Us Anything
If you have questions about how UCG operates that are not answered on this page, we encourage you to ask. Transparency is not a one-time statement — it is an ongoing commitment. Reach out through the contact page and a member of the committee will respond.
